Firm visits are open to interested candidates who are part of the GAEA program. This includes individuals interested in learning more about challenges in the environmental and energy sector, members of academia, students, recent graduates, researchers, and young individuals from various disciplines and departments across European Higher Education Institutions and Research Centers. Established teams with at least one of the above-mentioned personas are also eligible.
The Firm Visits are designed to provide significant insights into large organizations’ operations and challenges, which can contribute to a better understanding of the real environment and the GAEA Challenges. This suggests that while not mandatory, they are highly beneficial and integral to the program.
